We accept orders Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. Any orders that come to us outside those hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 3 business days from the time we review your order for all orders to be ready for pick-up.  We will notify your student by phone to pick up their package at P.O.D. All Meal Plans purchased for use in University Dining at UMass Lowell, including River Hawk Dollars, are for the personal use of the owner of the account or plan only and are non-transferable. The University Dining Meal Plans, including River Hawk Dollars, cannot be used as a gift card or gift certificate. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these terms, all Residential and Semester Meal Memberships are non-refundable and will expire on the earlier of the last day of enrollment or employment, as applicable, or the last day of the current semester. Residential and Semester Meal Plan Memberships may be changed during the first two weeks of the current semester. Cancellations to Residential and Semester Meal Plan Memberships may be made up until the Add/Drop period of the current semester and will be refunded based on the number of weeks enrolled, plus River Hawk Dollars spent. After the Add/Drop period has passed, Residential and Semester Meal Plans cannot be cancelled. A la Carte Plans and River Hawk Dollars are non-refundable and any unused balances will expire on the earlier of the last date of enrollment or employment, as applicable, or the last day of the Spring Semester. "Meals" associated with plans can be used in any "all-you-care-to-eat" dining hall, including University Dining Commons, ICC Dining Hall & Mill City Restaurant. "River Hawk Dollars" may be redeemed at any on-campus dining location.

Refund Policies
All website purchases are considered to be final.  Exceptions will be made for processing errors.  All refunds for processing errors will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase.
