Jeffrey Stone
District Executive Chef
Executive Chef Jeffrey Stone leads our culinary team here at UMass Lowell and inspires our staff to reach beyond traditional dining experiences. He has worked in several different establishments throughout his career including Gourmet Caterers, Hawthorne Hotel (located in Salem, MA) and 18 years at the Seaport Hotel as a Banquet Chef.
Stanley Szymczak
Senior Residential Chef
Senior Residential Chef Stanley Szymczak directs and manages the culinary teams in the two residential dining venues at UMass Lowell. His experience at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center, Boston, as well as the Red Stripe Restaurant in Providence, RI, has allowed Chef Stan to elevate our dining program. His lively personality and passion for quality dining experiences enables him to coach and train his team as well as engage with the campus community.
