University Dining is proud to have two 3-Star Certified Green Restaurants on campus. Crossroads Café and South Campus Dining Commons in McGauvran have each been awarded this distinction due to the positive actions taken in energy and water conservation, sustainable food purchasing, waste reduction, and improvements in greener chemicals. Tina Fallon, MS, RD

Meet Tina Fallon, our new University Dining Dietitian. Tina comes to us with a diverse background in the field of Nutrition, with a number of years working with college students. Tina obtained her bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from the University of New Hampshire, her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Northeastern University and completed her Dietetic Internship at Stony Brook University.

Whether you have special dietary needs or have a nutrition question, please feel free to reach out! Tina is here to help all students with various needs and would love to work with you.  Tina can be reached at:  Fallon-Kristina@aramark.com
